Exchange & Return Process
For products purchased on www.juggjuggjeeyo.com, except Accessories, you can request an Exchange/Return within 15 days from the date of product delivery. We also accept partial returns, except when it involves breaking a garment set.
Terms & Conditions of Exchange & Return
To qualify for an Exchange or Return, the product must be in a fresh, unwashed, unaltered, and unused condition, with all tags intact, as we will inspect it upon receipt.
Exchange & Return - Online
To initiate an Exchange or Return online, please log in to your user account on www.juggjuggjeeyo.com and access the "My Orders" section.
For a return pick-up option, if available in your location, ensure that the product is properly wrapped, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Our staff will verify the product during pick-up and conduct a quality check at our Returns Desk/Warehouse.
If return pick-up is not available in your location, you can self-return the product by courier. Mention the Order ID and Return ID on the package.

For self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed for shipping costs (up to Rs. 150 per order). Provide a scanned copy of the courier bill/receipt to info@juggjuggjeeyo.com, which should meet specific conditions for successful processing.
Cancellation & Refund
We aim to maintain stock for all displayed products on our website. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you via email within two (2) working days from the purchase date. You can then choose to substitute with a same or higher priced product or cancel the order, and a refund will be initiated accordingly.
To cancel an online order before product shipment, go to the "My Accounts" section of www.juggjuggjeeyo.com and place a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order (or before product dispatch, whichever is earlier). The entire order amount will be refunded to the payment source.
Refunds will only be granted in cases of genuine size issues, genuine quality issues, packages lost in transit, or wrong item delivery.

Due to the nature of fabrics, we cannot guarantee the garment's embroidery or colour bleeding.

Colours displayed on the website may differ from the physical products due to monitor settings, visual display colour, image resolution, or photography lighting.
Wash Care:
Follow the washing instructions on the product tag to avoid any damages.
Exclusions from the Exchange & Return Policy:
Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, and have all price tags intact for return or exchange.
Transactional Disputes:
Transactional disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from the decline of authorization for any transaction due to exceeding the pre-set limit.
The Company reserves the right to amend and/or alter any of the above policy terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
